Melissa Mae is a writer, Level II Reiki healer, yoga teacher, and certified birth + postpartum doula from San Francisco, California. Her practice and teaching is deeply influenced by her teachers Baba Hari Dass, Ram Dass and Ganga White. She is 500-Hour RYT Yoga Alliance Certified in Hatha, Power and Yin yoga.
Melissa Mae as a practicing Taoist likes to blend philosophy with humor and challenge with ease in her strong vinyasa classes. She brings a balanced approach of structure and freedom to the practice with equal emphasis on mobility and flexibility. She has practiced yoga and self-study for 15 years and has helped herself and others heal, strengthen and deepen their human experience.
